Rental, sale, room and shared-accommodation listings cost nothing to post. Every listing is reviewed before publication.
Service commission

1% of the final sale price
Charged only if a sale or purchase actually completes through Gharamaan. This is separate from posting a listing, which is free.
Completed let
One month's agreed rent
A free rental advert does not mean the rental service is free. If a let goes ahead through us, the service commission is one month's agreed rent.
Who pays, and when
Who pays a commission, and the point at which it becomes payable, is agreed with Gharamaan before you proceed. We have not fixed a single rule for this, we do not assume that both sides pay, and nothing is billed to you automatically.
What we never ask for
- Card details on this website.
- Property deposits or rent paid to Gharamaan.
- Recurring charges. Ordinary edits to your advert are not charged again.
